Program Overview
Turn your culinary experience into advanced international expertise with tuition of approximately USD 2,600 per semester. International freshmen receive a USD 1,000 first-semester scholarship, and eligible students can receive scholarships of up to 80% from the second semester. This two-year English-track master's brings together culinary arts, food-service operations, restaurant management, baking, food consulting, and entrepreneurship in South Korea's dynamic hospitality environment.
You will deepen your understanding of Korean, Chinese, and Japanese food industries, hotel and food-service cookery, bakery operations, restaurant ownership and management, food consulting and franchising, traditional food production, and the creative development of modern food culture.
The program supports career development in hotel and food-service culinary work, professional baking, restaurant management and ownership, food styling, consulting, franchise operations, traditional-food manufacturing, and culinary education.
Studying in South Korea gives you an international setting for developing culinary, management, language, and cultural knowledge together. The planned intake is subject to IELTS 6.0 guidance for applicants from Bangladesh, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, India, and other countries.
